To Our Customers,
With all the news and information being shared around COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, our hope is to ease any concerns you may have regarding our continued operations.
While it appears the rate of incidence is slowing where the virus began, it is expected that we will continue to see more affects here in the US in the days and weeks ahead.
In that regard, we would like to assure you that we have put in place the systems, procedures and processes to protect our employees and our customers.
As of this writing, we are pleased to report that operations are continuing to manufacture without interruption, and our daily activities have not been affected.
Our Sales Team:
We are immediately imposing a ban on Customer visits, this includes installs – with only urgent or critical matters continuing;
Ban all non-essential work-related travel;
Customer Service personnel will continue to report as usual.
Production/Office:
No visitor will be allowed into the building and our doors will remain locked at all times.
We are insisting our employees that if they or someone in their household are sick, to please stay home.

Like you, we are monitoring the COVID-19 situation closely and will continue to provide updates, should there be any changes.
