CUSTOM BELT FABRICATION
Mol Belting Systems offers a full range of custom fabrications to accommodate just about any request. Our value-added belt accessories and fabrication techniques are continuously refined, allowing us to provide engineered solutions for the most demanding of applications.
When it comes to food processing, Mol Belting has raised the bar for custom, ultra-hygienic belt fabrications. The knowledge we obtained through the development of ThermoDrive® belting has allowed us to apply the same hygienic design principles to many of our standard fabrications, including flights.
From our innovative ThermoGienic cleating process to sidewall to belt lacing, we’ve got the tools and know-how to meet your requirements in a timely manner.
ThermoGienic Flights (straight, angle, and scoop*)
Our unique application process produces an extremely sanitary end product that has no inside corners, niches or weld splatter. The flights are permanently attached to the base belt forming a smooth 3.175mm radius around the entire perimeter of the flight base. This innovative process ensures that your belts will remain easily cleanable to a microbiological level. ThermoGienic flights can be configured (height, angle, thickness, etc.) per application and are available in PVC or Urethane**. Other options include chamfers, v-notches, rounded corners, staggered cleats, and profiled cleats.
* Scoop flights are only available in urethane.
** Urethane flights are approved by the National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) for use on meat and poultry processing equipment (standard 14159-3).
